Visoriworld: Season Zero

Last week, Clec Fashion Festival held its first edition at the iconic City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia, Spain. This Santiago Calatrava mind-bender of urban architecture is currently featured as a key location in season three of Westworld. Post-apocalypse never looked so good as in VISORI‘s wow-now collection made of recycled textiles. Valencia-based designer Javier Soria classifies his work as #fashionart. Under Hemisfèric lights, it was f*cking spectacular. The layering, detailing, color scheming. Even the DIY masks read less like coronavirus headlines and more like dispatches from the Fury Road. Visori gave me a raging fashion boner and a cascading style orgasm. Gracias the Clec team for reminding the world… great fashion thrives post-paris.

This is one of the three moments that made me fall (right/back) in love with fashion in 2020. The other two in a series arrived from Mexico and Prague.
